If you’re anything like I used to be, then chances are you might be relying on your cup of coffee to help move things along in the bathroom. Problem is its not exactly a healthy way to be eliminating and in this week’s Quickie video, I’ll be giving you:
A DIY all natural laxative so you won’t have to rely on your coffee to poop!
But why care about the liver? Well it plays a major role in our digestion, so we need our whole engine chugging along if we’re going to be graced with a smooth, healthy looking dog’s tail of a poop.
Want to jack this recipe up a bit? Add in 1 tbsp of aloe vera gel which contains anthroquinones that also have a laxative function. And the beauty of this? You won’t become dependant like laxatives out there like senna for example. In fact, over a long period of time, standard laxatives can make our large intestine dependant on them and weakening the peristaltic movement that would generally help to push out our poop.
