If you’re reading this slightly cross-eyed because you have no idea what dampness is, you’re not alone.
Dampness is a Chinese Medical term that can be loosely described in Western Medicine as candida. And according to Chinese Medicine the late summer is the time when it becomes most ramped. Now this makes sense as we begin to say farewell to BBQs, burgers and hanging out with friends on patios enjoying copious amounts of wine. We’ve likely gained a couple of pounds this summer, but heck, fall is on its way and we can hide that extra weight in our sweaters, right?
Hell no mama! Why not just find out how to get rid of the dampness?
Dampness can be described as the extra stubborn weight, the acne, backne, chestne and butne, plus the bloating, exhaustion, foggy brain, swelling/edema, UTI’s, yeast infections, ovarian cysts, PCOS and sugar cravings so bad that it could very well create the annihilation of every living thing that could potentially try to stop you. You are not alone my friend, in fact, I see this a lot in my private practice.
So if you’re feeling weighed down from a summer of fun, then you don’t want to miss my upcoming webinar on dampness. You won’t want to miss the foods you need to be eating right now and what you want to stay clear of.
Trust me when I say after a summer of fun, we could likely all use it. But here’s the thing, only subscribers will receive info on how to access it, so if you’re not a part of my tribe yet, then what are you waiting for?
