How to be a Shit Whisperer

When turning to see the magical porcelain ball, I look down, cocking my head like a dog and yes, I look at my shit. I do this every morning, afternoon and evening when I poop to see what it can tell me. It’s wise brown words can be quite expressive and reflects what’s going on in my life. And trust me, your shit talks too…you just might not be hearing it.
Which begs the question, if you could be a Shit Whisperer, what would your shit say to you?
Yep, it’s the multimillion-dollar question folks.
One thing I have learned is how stress affects our shits.
Yes, our shits are vocal, they just express themselves phonetically.
While I’m going to be giving you tools on how to be your own Shit Whisperer in the pay-what-you-can Stress Detox, I thought I’d give you some tips:
Long, pencil-thin poops: Spleen Qi deficiency – a.ka. weak digestive system. Emotional symptoms include worry and obsession. Nutrient deficiency: Lacking in magnesium that would otherwise relax the bowel muscles to produce a fuller, more luxurious, thicker poop.
Pellet, Rabbit poop: Liver Qi frustration. Emotional symptoms include frustration and anger. This may alternate with the poop above and magnesium also has a role to play here.
The question is to solve the porcelain bowl problems we can’t just focus on the physical but rather address the emotional – the STRESS. Dissolving the thought patterns that create those emotions is key. We can stuff ourselves with as much whole food as possible but if we grapple with a racing mind, anxiety, fears and frustration then it will be a catalyst.
I have seen patients go through years of therapy talking it out. I’m not saying this is bad, but I also don’t believe in spending thousands of dollars for years on end. It’s why I brought in Stephan Gardner because I’ve personally seen him dissolve an issue of mine in about 10 minutes. Imagine the joys our shits would cheer out if our emotions didn’t impact our second brain (our digestive system)?
You see, our entire health can be seen in that porcelain bowl. You feel revolted to look down, but I urge you to do so. And if you’re someone who just can’t let go, then asking yourself, what are you holding onto? Maybe it’s time to let go, but you don’t know how.
Stress is one of the biggest factors (outside food) that impacts our shits. However sometimes we just don’t give it that much importance.
Together as we detox our stress, we can become Shit Whisperers and realize the importance of not only opening up our third eye, but our brown star.
Sign up to the pay-what-you-can Stress Detox because doors close on Sunday March 24.
