Lose weight from a having a quickie.

Quickies have a gotten a really bad wrap since they’re thought to be unsatisfying. But what if we were using the word, “quickie” in relation to food? What if creating a healthy meal could happen in 30 minutes or less AND help you lose weight?

It can happen.

The main reason many of my patients tell me that they’ll order in is because their lives are too hectic and they just don’t have time nor the energy to make something. Problem is? Weight gain and lots of it. Add that pad thai to your thighs and pizza to butt because those “junk food quickies” will do nothing but deplete you as fast a jack-hammering night of sex. So instead we kick things up and add in whole foods that nourish, seduce your fancy little soul and help you drop the weight all at the same time. Because when you don’t order in, your body begins to thank you. But if you’re lost in the kitchen, then my upcoming program will be here to help. It’ll be quick, easy and help you drop a couple of pounds all at the same time.

Details for the upcoming “Quickies” program is here! And in classic Sexy Food Therapy fashion, I’ve included recipes that are for everyone: gluten-free, mostly vegan, dairy-free and even some meat recipes for the carnivores at heart. Because I want to include everyone and I don’t want you to feel like I’m praising the high heavens asking you to convert to be a part of this. Simply put, healthy eating should be for everyone.

And listen, aside from the cookbook, there’s so much more: a shopping guide, a simple kitchen reorganizational chart, how-to videos, teleseminar with key experts in finance and feng shui to help simplify your life and save you money. There’s a lot coming up and this is the GRAND POOPA of all my programs and I’ve waited over a year to launch this.

“The Sexy Guide to Getting a Good Quickie” launches Sept 25 and you’re not going to want to miss this.
