You see, because the majority of us actually have the definition of stress all wrong. We think it’s all in our heads, but what we don’t realize is that it’s also physical. Stress is not only what you think, but also what you put into your pie hole and how often you shake that booty. It’s a double edged sword: the physical leads to more mental stress and the mental stress leads to more physical stress creating a vicious cycle. Thing is, it’s time to stop. Why?
