Hi Melissa. I love your videos! I’m just wondering what type of foods you’ll have on the liver detox. I need to do one but I’m Paleo and don’t eat grains, legumes or dairy. Since starting to eat this way I have really got my bloodsugar under control and I know it will help my adrenal glands heal too. Thanks.
There will be a lot of greens on this detox (the colour that fuels the liver according to Chinese Medicine). It will be VERY low on grains, but certainly there will be more than enough recipes that you can use to adjust according to the regime you’re currently on and still get results. So if you’re a meat eater, you can add chicken or fish, but I do ask that people be mindful of their meat consumption for this time period since it can be hard during a liver detox. Make sense?
thanks for talking about poop! great idea about papaya seeds!
Hahaha, love ur Youtube thumbnail pic. Youtube always picks the most flattering thumbnail images.

Thanks, sounds good!
Awesome! Great idea to dry the papaya seeds in the oven instead of throwing them in the garbage. You’re one smart cookie
