Shut up and give me sugar.

sugar demonYes, you…the person reading this. Stand right there and don’t make any funny moves. Just pass over that chocolate bar and give it to me.

I blame stress; after all, what’s that saying that’s all over Pinterest?  Stressed spelled backwards is desserts?

If you’re anything like this, you may have experienced the following symptoms: extreme high, followed by fatigue, triceps drooping and waving in the wind, muffin tops, extra cushion, the need to want to scream, possible headaches, constipation, stealing candy from your child and feeling so desperate that you would run over squirrels just to get some.

Sugar is 99% pure and should be classified as a drug. Which begs the question, how the hell do we stop?

Many of the people who see me in private practice will think they’re doing something right. They’re replacing the white stuff with the brown stuff (brown sugar). But truth is, it’s simply molasses added to refined white sugar.

Then we get into sugars like rapadura, honey, agave and maple syrup – all therapeutic to a degree but still at the end of the day it’s sugar in the blood stream. It may not shoot in as fast as the white stuff, but its still sugar.

In the upcoming Stress Detox coming out in exactly one month, I’m going to be providing a little guide on sugar and ways to kill the sugar demon inside of you. In addition, you’ll receive advice from three of my top experts on how to detox the stress right out of your body…that in the end might even make you eat better.

But what if funds are tight? I get it…trust me, I’ve been there. I don’t want this to be a stressful experience; instead, I want you to receive the most value you can with what you can afford. So I want you to pay what you can instead. No stress!

Together we will prevent tears from small children and save squirrels everywhere.
