What if you lost everything?
I think its part of the reason why I’ve held on at times when it was so hard. Why maybe my patients come to a breaking point and seek help.
The thought makes the air thin and suddenly it’s hard to breathe. You begin to panic, pull reserves, stay up late, eat crap or eat nothing at all.
You starve your soul.
Things begin to snowball.
You want to pull out before what you fear the most is conceived.
Looking around, things feel like a war zone: your life landscape, destroyed. Your dreamed soiled, barely recognizable. Your health begins to slip even further and your cravings sky rocket and land in the aisles of dusted popcorn and candied chocolate.
Illusion, masked with thick black smoke clouds our vision when the shit hits the fan. We feel there’s no out, that life is shit and that IF ONLY we had more money, the dream that we’ve been pining for that it would all be okay. Problem is that when we get what we want, the prize suddenly doesn’t seem as sweet. We begin to stress and hope for something more. We’re never happy.
If I knew how to handle my stress early in life I would have prevented many days curled in my blankets, outbursts, runny mascara and weight gain. In fact it’s been a learning process even for me and truthfully I need to be reminded (maybe just like you) that detoxing stress is equally as important as detoxing an organ.
The Stress Detox does just that and now doors are open for purchase. Here’s the run down:
- All materials get sent out on Sunday March 24: yoga videos and Stress Detox booklet with crucial information and delicious recipes.
- Webinars with Kim Anami (sex expert), David Good (yoga instructor) and Stephan Gardner (emotional specialitst) happens that week.
- Once the webinars are complete that week, then we will go through 14-days detoxing the stress out together with email support from me the entire way.
Doors close on Sunday March 24…
You will leave feeling rejuvenated, more connected and grounded. You’ll find a healthy outlet, support and love for yourself that doesn’t have to break the bank.
Why? Because this is a pay-what-you-can initiative. I know how it’s like to want answers, help and a vacation. I also know what it’s like to feel that doing so would break the bank. Helplessness resides there. Which is why, I set the intention that this program would help as many people as possible at a price people could afford.
Now you have no excuse.
